    Private training in a luxury gym setting: West Hollywood & Studio City. Sessions can be solo or with a partner.

    1 hour in-person training sessions designed to progress you safely and effectively.

    • A sustainable and holistic approach emphasizing training, sleep, nutrition, and recovery.

    • Check-ins and program adaptions to continuously support your goals.

    • Free InBody body composition analysis.

    • Solo workouts, corrective exercises, and nutritional guidance as seen fit.

    • Unlimited access to professional-grade recovery tools to enhance your training including Hypervolt Therapy and Cryotherapy.

  • ONLINE TRAINING

    Private training virtually over Zoom. Sessions can be solo or with a partner.

    What to expect:

    1 hour virtual training sessions designed to progress you safely and effectively.

    • A sustainable and holistic approach emphasizing training, sleep, nutrition, and recovery.

    • Check-ins and program adaptions to continuously support your goals.

    • Guided Assessment & progress tracking tools via PTDistinction App.

    • Solo workouts, corrective exercises, and nutritional guidance as seen fit.

    • Adaptable programming for local gym, at home and equipment free workouts.
